Since 2003, our family has cherished a dream—to establish a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city, where guests feel truly welcomed. By 2005, this vision evolved into a passion, driven by our deep belief in the philosophy of Sense of Zen Living, which later inspired the creation of our brand, Zensation The Residence.
After years of dedication and unwavering commitment, we founded Zensation The Residence in 2014. The following year, we embarked on the journey of constructing a sanctuary under the concept of Minimalist Modern Zen, seamlessly blending the serenity of Zen philosophy with the vibrancy of city life. Sustainability has been at the core of our efforts, integrating eco-friendly solutions such as LED lighting, energy-efficient inverter appliances, and high-insulating wall panels—ensuring that every step we take aligns with our commitment to preserving the environment.
Designed for both short-term travelers and long-term residents, Zensation The Residence offers more than just a place to stay—it provides a home away from home.
